COFFEE FROM SULAWESI
Sulawesi, Toraja is one of the most often overlooked coffee growing regions of all coffees. The island Sulawesi is located on the east of Borneo, that is positioned between 1100-1800 meters above sea level. Naturally the two largest aspects, high elevation and humidity, contributes to the success of coffee harvesting in these regions and gives them their unique, world-famous flavor profiles.
Since the Dutch settlers first brought coffee to Toraja in the 1700s, coffee farmers have emphasized the unique flavor profile of the coffee; full-bodied, smooth, and creamy, with no bitter aftertaste.

Robusta & ARABICA
Red Cherry Robusta
This 100% Robusta originates from the island of Sulawesi, formerly known as Celebes. The coffee has an intensive, aromatic taste and is bitter and more acidic. Meaning that the resulting beverages will remain slightly longer on the tastebuds. Indonesian coffee has the highest yields and one of the lowest farming costs in the world. This has mostly to do with the healthy soil on which these coffee trees grow, because they require less fertilizers.
Robusta & Arabica
Buy unroasted green coffee beans? Get familiar with our Robusta and Arabica coffee beans, that are carefully chosen in consideration to the origin, quality and flavor profiles. We have a selection of unroasted green beans that were carefully selected and sourced from one producer or trader from a specific area for export purposes. Our process is handcrafted, freshly roasted and personally packed within 24 hours to ensure its freshness and quality. You can use these green beans in its origin or mix them with other beans to your ideal taste and roast to your preferences!
Red Cherry Arabica
This 100% Arabica originates from the island of Sulawesi, formerly known as Celebes. The coffee beans are diverse as there are many varieties from gentle and sweet to explosive and tangy. It also has a powerful taste with a sweet fruity aftertaste and is low on acidity. Arabica needs a more particular climate that is consistently humid and wet. Excellent soil, sufficient shade with just enough sun, and water are all vital in order for these beans to flourish. The Arabica beans contain sugar naturally, that eliminates the bitterness.
